Hosting world leaders, innovators, campaigners and decision-makers during COP26.
COP26 made Glasgow the centre of the world for all things sustainable and renewable for two weeks in 2021.
For our client Wood, an energy brand already synonymous with renewable energy and engineering, this was an unprecedented opportunity to cement their credentials as a thought leader, and to offer their Glasgow HQ as a space for open dialogue.
This became the COP26 Wood House project.
Bray Leno Events reimagined Wood‘s Glasgow office space as a refuge for the world’s leading environmental and sustainability thinkers.
We also developed an event app that helped them manage delegate registrations, complete covid checks, and create a seamless visitor experience to deliver their jam-packed event programme.
Working with sustainable suppliers, our creative team found subtle ways to deliver Wood’s messaging, encourage a positive delegate experience, and create an environment where visitors could work, connect, engage and debate a more liveable future.
With suave check in, panel stages, break-out spaces, a co-lab area, snugs, bars, a fine dining area, and themed meeting spaces both large and small, we created the comfortable, relaxed environment in which Wood was able to host VIPs, stakeholders and partners in style.
