Bray Leino Events were honoured to work with Kallman Worldwide Inc to build their USA Partnership Pavilion at Paris Air Show 2017.
A National Pavilion is a large exhibit space where multiple organisations come together under the same country banner to exhibit their products and services, giving them the exposure and presence which they would not be able to achieve on their own. Benefits for companies exhibiting within the Pavilion include; turnkey exhibit space, prime location, private group lounge, group conference rooms, group guide, networking reception, dedicated project management, marketing and promotion at the show.
The USA Partnership Pavilion was vast and involved over 700m² of turnkey stands, custom stands, exhibitors Lounge, Forum, and conference rooms. As well as 11 x full 2.5m high columns cladded, 25 carpet stars, 2 bespoke literature holders, 3 selfie walls, and lots more.
Kallman Worldwide wanted a stand-out Pavilion, which would be able to draw attention and compete against the custom builds, delivering a consistent and cohesive message. Bray Leino Events worked closely with the Kallman team in the months leading up to the show to create a captivating design in which US Companies could proudly showcase their products and services to the industry. We worked closely with Kallman’s 40+ co-exhibitors to ensure that everything ran smoothly onsite.
Throughout the week the Bray Leino team were on hand to help and change over for the ongoing events hosted on the USA Partnership Pavilion, including the opening Ceremony, Welcome reception, Fete de la Musique, 30m photo wall, and the public weekend.
Overall the Pavilion was a great success, achieving its goal of standing out and attracting delegate footfall. We were delighted to receive some wonderful feedback from the co-exhibitors who were impressed with how smoothly things went and most importantly, the number of new leads that they received from delegates visiting them. We look forward to working with Kallman again in the future.

Choosing to work with Bray Leino events was one of the best decisions our company could have made in regards to the Paris Air Show. The level of knowledge, professionalism and personal care for our project was above and beyond what we ever expected. Furthermore, the quality of materials used and pride of workman ship shined through on opening day.
Bray Leino truly embraced our value of ‘Partnership’ by working with us rather than working for us. Camilla Tew, our Project Manager saw every detail through to the end. Her background in Pavilion work gave Bray Leino a leg up in understanding and fulfilling our needs as pavilion organizers. There are truly not enough kind words to say about the entire Bray Leino team that had a hand in making this project come true.
